"Today, Meet Mr. H"

The theme song for this show – which does little to warn of the subsequent psychedelia – has never left my head. When I'm some withering old poop, and names, birthdays, and basic geography have all evaporated from recall's jurisdiction, that damn song will still be hanging on, like cockroaches after a nuclear bomb.

Anyway, this show melted my mind. Meet all the letters, should time and mental fortitude permit.

Ok, you've posted a bunch of cartoons that have vaguely tugged at the recesses of my warped mind. The Mary P. Shelton library summer movie stuff brought back some memories. But THIS? THIS! Now I'm going to have Letter People nightmares all week. Between the Letter People and the Electric Company, I'm surprised I can even hold a job with those funky tunes still jingling in my head constantly.

Funny you should mention The Electric Company, as I'm just finishing up watching the first set of DVDs. I have no idea why everyone of our particular age set isn't certifiably insane. Then again, I've seen no proof that we're not.

Oh, no, they have The Electric Company on DVD? It sounds like I have a new summer hobby.
