This Week's Shirt (6.3.10)

This week at the Forlorn Funnies Shirt Shop: it's time for a public service announcement from Cartoons and Comics. And because I apparently hate sleeping, I've put this one together in both a full-color and one-color design and added some hoodies to the mix.

This was originally produced as a signed, limited edition four screen print from Desert Island in Brooklyn. According to their site, there's only one left, so pick it up if you need to chastise the outdoors on both your chest and your wall.

Tonight in Brooklyn, MoCCA this weekend

If you're in town for MoCCA, or just in town to be in town: I'll be signing books and the brand new (above) print at Desert Island in Brooklyn this evening. And I don't know exactly what the below poster is all about, but it's got a lot of great names listed (including Secret Acres, who put out one of my favorite pseudo-recent books: Wormdye by Eamon Espey) and it's apparently after me, so I suppose I'll just have to saunter over to that afterward.

Then on Saturday and Sunday, I'll be signing at the Fantagraphics table at MoCCA. I'll be taking more orders for the aforeposted commissions (my favorite of the batch that came in today involved Patrick Swayze and raining bacon) and trying to remember what I was talking about three minutes ago. I'll be there from 11 to noon on Saturday and 4 to 5 on Sunday. Stop by and hand me a drawing of your mom.

Huge Suit PSA: Working Together

Raising awareness one high five at a time: featuring the mouthless, deity-esque Huge Suit with Mister Hidden (who will join Huge Suit in the pages of the upcoming All and Sundry collection).

I'll be signing this print (and books) when I'm at Brooklyn's own Desert Island on June 5th, prior to joining the throngs of cartoon and comics enthusiasts at MoCCA. Desert Island has the print available for pre-order and has limited it to an edition of forty, so have at it.
