I'm Drawing a Shoe: San Diego 2009
My pal (and venerable Chicago journalist) John Huston made the trek with me to Comic-Con this year, bringing along his video camera and an eye for the ridiculous. The (above) result is – I think I can safely say despite any bias – quite perfect. Chubby, self-effacing Skeletor? What's not to like?

Yup. Pretty much.
Your reaction to Harley Quinn at the 1:38 mark is classic. I made pretty much the same face at the cross-dressing Joker at 2:54 and whatever the hell assaulted my eyeballs at 4:32. Note to self: must buy cheese-wire.
I've never been to Comic Con, and on this basis they should probably ban me for life now; I'd probably end up overdosing on sarcastic remarks.
Top video though! (that isn't meant to be sarcastic)
What's that Metal track are you playing over the footage? I should know it but can't place it ...
I'm not sure of the track's title, but I believe John said it was Slayer.
That's 'Raining Blood' by Slayer.
The video is hilarious.
Highly entertaining! Great job, guys.
(Although, to be fair to Harley: From the 1.5-second glimpse I had of her, she looked like one of the people who could actually almost pull off the outfit. I actually give props to anyone with the self-confidence to go for it, yet I wonder: Why oh why do people try to recreate superhero guises with bad shiny synthetic fabrics? Spandex is not the magic fabric to make these fantasy costumes work.)
